纯化水设备中预处理装置的保养

预处理阶段是纯化水设备进行纯化水制备的第一个阶段，主要由砂滤器、活性过滤器、保安过滤器、软化器构成，通过预处理阶段，原水中大部分的悬浮颗粒、有机物、胶体、余氯等杂质进行过滤处理，为后续的水处理提供一个良好的水质基础。在日常使用过程后，我们也应对预处理阶段的装置进行定期的保养，以确保其性能依然能够达到理想状态。具体的保养如下：
The pretreatment stage is water purification equipment for the purification of the first stage water preparation, mainly composed of sand filter, active filter, filter, softener, through the pretreatment stage, suspended particles, most of the organic matter, colloid, chlorine and other impurities in the raw water is filtered, for subsequent water treatment provided a good quality foundation. In the daily use of the process, we should also deal with the pre treatment stage of the device regularly to ensure that its performance is still able to achieve the desired state. Specific maintenance is as follows:
1.砂滤器、活性炭过滤器：根据远水水质情况进行定期的清洁，一般来说，若以自来水为原水的，一周进行一次冲洗，若是井水、河水、地下水等作为原水的，每三天进行一次冲洗，避免泥沙、颗粒物质沉积从而影响过滤效果；
1 sand filter, activated carbon filter: regular cleaning, according to the far water quality in general, with tap water as raw water, wash once a week, if the raw water as well water and river water and groundwater, once every three days to avoid flushing, sediment and particulate matter deposition and thus affect the filtering effect;
2.保安过滤器：当进出口压差升高大于0.06Mpa时，应及时更换滤芯，一般情况下，每三天应将滤芯取出进行检查和冲洗，更换为每15天一次；

3.软化器：用于过滤重金属离子，软化水质，定期进行冲洗，更换滤芯。
